Unknown Beast is a settingless system. While book and most of the artwork are geared toward 1940s esques mysteries, nothing would prevent players running a sci-fi game.
Disconnect of Aegis-9 takes inspiration from classic science fiction such as Star Trek and Alien. In it a spaceship have been diverted to investigate space station that have lost it’s communication. What crew finds there is Unknown while the Beast lurks in it’s corridors.
